Alure
The Alure is a typical Pombaline building,, with three different façades located in an emblematic area of Lisbon.
Some of its most prominent features are the luminosity of the apartments, the spaces, and its privileged location. Based on these attributes arose the concept of “a place to fulfill, contemplate, and stay”, thus leading us to develop the brand Alure.
The idea of having space to fulfill implies that whoever decides to live there would have the liberty to do so with their personality, giving also their contribution to the building’s identity. It represents a true space to be, contemplate and stay and not only a passage area.
It is a place where life on the exterior is complemented by the privacy and calmness of the interior.

The three building façades are what originated the graphic elements of the brand, where we aimed to find a balance between the building’s classical components with the contemporary life that surrounds it.
The graphics and the caligraphy make the brand more personal, abstract, and light.
Brochure
The brochure aims to get people to know the building, its history, and specificities, as well as the life that surrounds it, combining it with the base structure of the concept.

The website aims to gather all the information about the Alure, from the concept to its commercial floorplans.
