D’Avila is a residential building with an excellent location in the city of Lisbon, popularly known for incorporating high-quality materials and the best technology.

With a historical yet solid façade that contrasts beautifully with the light and modern lines of the newest project, this building is iconic and eclectic. It is set on the concept of “a place that’s part of the family”, a home that gets passed on through generations.

At Humaze, we materialized the brand’s identity by creating a brochure, a drawing of a floorplan presentation sheet, an iconographic system, and signage.

The mixture between the antique architecture of the building and the more modern one was what inspired the developed identity of the brand. The wooden lath on the façade contrasting with the solid construction of the building can create versatile shapes and effects when exposed to light.

Brochure

The D’Avila brochure presents the building and its context, through the storytelling of a day in the life of a resident couple.

Narrated in the first person by both elements of the couple, the intention is to reveal the privileged life of a resident archetype of D’Avila.

We developed the floorplans and a floorplan presentation sheet of D’Avila according to the brand’s new identity.
